For some reason this isn't my first time i got softlocked through claiming the MAIL rewards but this time it happened AGAIN with sticker and unlike before the reward screen still blocking everything after i restart the game, i even going further by log out my google play account, reinstall the game yet nothing seems to work.

i did managed to open the game without the bug since over a week ago but my Ea account progress got wiped off after i attempted to log in after the tutorial..
i could confirm it was the right account

Can you please update your game to the latest version and try again?
i had suspicions that my google play account cloud saved right at the softlock screen since the game works like normal when it started off without any accounts, i hope this helps

Im using Vivo y21, i claimed the sticker in 2 days ago and its pretty much locked me out of the game since so if there any other ways i could share my ID then I'll be glad to

- What device are you playing on?
- When did you claim the sticker?
- Would it be possisble for you to provide your player ID?
