Plant Mastery "Upgrade to Level 5" Goal is Impossible*

As stated in the title, the Upgrade to Level 5 goal is impossible to complete. Even if your plant was level 4 and upgraded to level 5, or was already upgraded to level 5, it will not be completed. You'll have to upgrade it to level 6 to complete it.
