Cannot Purchase Tix

I'm having the same exact issue, and I haven't gotten a response yet. Commenting on this for visibility for the both of us.

Yep I've got two left too. I've done all the challenges and I've encountered two weekly tasks that have bugged out and not given the tix award.. 8 have photos too. Annoying that I canr actually complete the pass due to bugs 

Same here, but if you get the pass next season you will be able to claim past pass items from season 1 so it's not totally gone if it stays bugged 

I just tried to purchase tix with my points, game took my points and didn’t give me the tix. I will be asking for a refund until I get it 

Additionally for whatever reason if EA does see this “seeing as this thread is trending”

I still have not received the skate. Insider Rewards and I did sign up to be playtester. I got the email, and also have provided that email here.

I’ve tried for two months reaching out to support and commenting on posts but can’t find help with the matter 

I’m experiencing the same issue as you all. I purchased 500SVB for $5 through Xbox which went through fine, but the purchase from 500SVB to 1400 Tix never went through but my  be SVB are gone. Why do you have broken transactions on an early access game?
