Challenge not giving reward

Iv completed the death spiral challenge multiple times but it won’t register that Iv done it at all and no rewards given. Frustrating as iv paid for season 1 pass and won’t   be able to be complete the season 1 seasonal tasks to get the reward now due to this bug.
