MEGA THREAD - Getting Charged SVB for Rip Chip or Tix Items
we're looking into 2 store issues right now: In the in-game store, some players are purchasing Product Boxes with Rip Chip and are being charged SVB for unwanted items in the background. This is not expected behavior, a fix is coming tomorrow. In the skate.Pass, some players are unlocking free or paid track items with Tix and are being charged SVB for unwanted items in the background. This is not expected behavior. We don't have a fix yet but we are working on it. Our teams are investigating both situations right now to isolate affected players and help them on a case by case basis. IF you have been impacted, please provide the following information: username platform what did you purchase (via Tix or Rip Chips) and were charged SVB? how much SVB were you charged? what was the unwanted item you unwillingly purchased in the background? when (roughly) did this happen? (date) any screenshot of video of the purchase flow when it occurred? if you've already made a separate post, please still reply here with the above information so we can get it all together and get over to the team.
Game sucks
Constantly getting disconnected. And I shall make a post everytime from now on since EA can't read what actually needs fixed. Instead of focusing on new skate parks daily. Fix the servers. That would be a huge start. And I'll be copying and pasting this every time I'm disconnected until it is fixed. ( Made a google docs page just to always send this specifically)
Falta de TIX para completar el Skate Pass Premium
Hace unas semanas adquirí el Skate Pass Premium, pensaba que como ya reclamé los 250 SVB que eran la mayoría que están en el pase de temporada estándar sería más fácil terminar el pase. Tengo todo lo del pase de temporada estándar ya reclamado, de la página 1 a la 10, todo. Actualmente acabo de terminar de coger los cosméticos premium hasta la página 3. Me he quedado con 80 TIX. He hecho cálculos y con las tareas diarias + el bonus de 100 TIX diario tan solo voy a conseguir hasta 4900 TIX, es decir, que incluso con las tareas semanales que se vienen me quedaré corto. Necesito 12180 TIX para conseguir lo que quería que son básicamente las páginas 4, 5, 8 y 10, y no voy a poder desbloquearlas, y ahí todavía faltarían las páginas 6, 7 y 9 lo cual aumentaría la cantidad si mi prioridad fuese completar el pase de temporada entero. En mi caso no me importa mucho ya que lo he conseguido totalmente gratis con los SVB que habéis ido regalando, pero la gente que ha invertido dinero real para comprar el pase de temporada debe de estar mosqueada ya que la mayoría no van a poder completar el pase de temporada que compraron a no ser que inviertan en TIX adicionales. La cosa cambiaría si quizás ahora este Martes pusieran doble o triple de TIX en las tareas diarias y semanales en estas últimas dos semanas pero no creo que eso vaya a ocurrir, ¿O si? En cualquier caso lo que quiero decir es que incluso con el bonus que distéis hace nada de 2000 TIX mucha gente no va a poder acabar el pase de temporada, yo llevo jugando desde la semana uno de Halloween que fueron como 7 días después de empezar la temporada y desde más o menos ahí llevo haciendo todas las tareas diarias y semanales y me quedo corto, teniendo en cuenta que el juego es PEGI 12, muchos usuarios son menores de edad y solo podrán jugar los fines de semana, y aún así muchos mayores de edad no juegan a diario. En resumidas cuentas: Habéis condenado a la mayoría de los que han comprado el pase de temporada a no poder completarlo.PC to XBOX crossplay not working
I am playing Skate. on a PC (steam) and would like to play with my son on XBOX. I have crossplay enabled in game on the PC and my son has the XBOX system setting allowing crossplay enabled. My son is able to see me by searching my XBOX gamer tag and send me a friend request in-game, but the friend request never shows up on my PC in game. I cannot search my son in-game by EA ID or by XBOX gamertag - it simply says no results. I can see/search my steam and EA friends with no issue.BUG misión "Tour 1: En modo skater"
En la misión: “Tour 1: En modo skater” en el paso 3/7 “Juega los dos desafíos de banda en las Tri-Towers” tengo hechos los dos desafíos, pero solo me contabiliza uno y por esa razón no me deja avanzar en el juego. He repetido los desafíos, desinstalado el juego, borrado los datos, reiniciado la consola, actualizado el juego y todo, pero me sigue apareciendo como que he completado 1 de 2. I did the first one passed it now probably got to the second part and it tracked it all at first and didn’t go thru as complete so I rest the game, now I’ve been stuck for months it won’t track any progress. One says do a 5k line and I’ve done it so many times never tracks it or anything else. Been stuck here for months now and can’t get any further so it’s been irritating
Starting Challenge Nothing Happens
I start a challenge and the challenge never starts. The HUD disappears and I can't access the pause menu or any of the in-game menus. I can still skate around but it looks like the game has put me into some sort of limbo world where there are no other players and I'm not doing a challenge. Just stuck in-between. The only way to fix it is to End Task and re-open the game. It happens constantly though, so that doesn't really fix anything anyway.Doesn’t save my completed challenges
So any time I’m doing the skate challenge or the stunt challenges or the bearing ones and I either complete the challenge with all tasked done if not one or two not done but when I go back around after a few minutes of doing the challenge it shows up as if I’ve never played that challenge
