Climbing to specific place making your character disappear forever

In the community park in Hedgemont I went up the crane and went to the shorter side and went and climbed on that sloped part and it made my character disappear, made the game laggy for a few seconds, and made the falling effect that goes on your screen for a few seconds. You couldn’t do anything except for using the bus and everything else in the menu. After you went into any menu and came back out you could see a black box which you couldn’t do anything in including looking around, moving, and doing anything related to your character. When you used the bus you would be teleported to where you would normally be teleported to but without your character and you wouldn’t be able to do anything. While in this state you could tell that you were falling from the score in the bottom left and using that you could also tell you were able to do all the skating and gliding stuff. I know that the game wasn't frozen since I was able to open menus and I could see in the background cars moving. I was not able to remake this bug and I don’t know how it happened. The video is what happened after the bug and the picture is a recreation of the place I was when it happened. Unfortunately I started recording after I opened the map after the bug so you can't see what it looked like exactly after the bug.
