ERROR IN REWARD SEASONAL TASKS (1)

Upon completing the Seasonal Tasks, the corresponding payment was not made, nor have I been able to claim the reward. On PC (using a controller), the pickup button appears with an "X," but it doesn't respond or allow me to complete the action. I request that this issue be reviewed and resolved, as I have invested many hours of gameplay into completing the Seasonal Tasks.
