Softlock MEGA THREAD
we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. Appearance changes wont save.
I keep having to change my appearance back. I change it, go and do activities, quit the game and then when i come back onto the game later on, all my changes are entirely gone. They are not saving at all. Only happening after this recent update where the game is now live for everyone. Unsure what to do, or if anyone else is experiencing this. I was a play tester as well before the new update.
Can't use R2 for board grab
I tried to complete the Transition Skating 101 mission, in which there's an objective called "Complete the AR Program". One of the steps includes grabbing the board with L2 first, and then R2. L2 performs the board grab, but R2 doesn't do anything for me. I can't get past this mission. The button works fine for rolling without the board in the game, and also works fine for other games, so I'm pretty sure it's a bug in Skate. I play on PC, through the Epic Games app.
bag of tricks process stuck!
been stuck on it for about 3 weeks now since they moved from the cbt version, the mission is the one where you collect 17 trashbags and grind the bird poo, its stuck on 16/17 and 5/10, ive seen other people with the same issue but it hasnt been fixed in months, its an extremely early mission so ive been locked behind so much process in the story, figured it would of been patched after the early access patch but so just waited but with others having the same issue and no fix yet its getting kinda frustrating especially since early access just dropped having this problem for new players is gonna lose alot of players since you cant pass a certain mission, needs fixed asap!!USB-Controller not working properly
I am having trouble with my USB-Controller in the game Skate. It seems the controller is somehow recognized by the game in general, but all the buttons are messed up. Some examples: the "Back" Button should be "B", but it is mapped to R1 the "Okay" Button should be "A", but is mapped to R2 (the right Trigger-Button) the Flick-It controls do not work at all, because movement of the right analog stick is only recognized sideways on the x-axis (left / right) but not on the y-axis (up / down) I am using a "Schwaiger GPC18" controller that looks and works similar to a PS4 controller. It is perfectly recognized in Windows (10 and 11) and works well with other games. I tried reinstalling the drivers, disconnecting / re-connecting the controller, restarting the game and my laptop several times. I have also tried unplugging the mouse (I am on a laptop, so I cannot unplug the keyboard) and I have tried different USB ports, but the error is always the same. Please add proper controller support, otherwise the game is unplayable.Not getting my insider rewards
Signed up a while ago and managed to play some of the closed playtest. logged into public early access to find out that i didnt get my insider rewards. I made sure to use the same account and platform for the closed playtest, and i even restarted my game multiple times to no avail.Crossplay Party Error
I've been trying to play with my girlfriend for 30 mins but every time one of us tries to join eachother's party or invites eachother we get a crossplay connection error. She's on PS5 and I'm using Steam. We both get the same error with the same code when we try to join eachother's game though however.
