Falling through the ground

So I was doing a Line challenge and when I finished it the replay camera went to my board under the city instead. When I tried going back to my session marker the camera would fall through the floor but when fast traveling to a bus stop the camera was fine but no character. After I went into the settings just to look around, I exited and everything is now in a dark almost pitch black haze
