Glitch where you can't get rid of rails in ramps.

The ramp in the car park to go to the window of the church. There is a glitch where you can't move or make a rail invisible to it stays there, and the ramp is impossible to use because it's in the way and has been glitched by a player. In the attached picture there is no move or a button to make it invisible so you can't move it and is impossible to get and use the ramp
