Go to extravert to level up bug

Glad to see we our all on the same page, this is ridiculous, why release a game if so many people are running into this problem? I dont want to unlink my account to then lose all my progress on other EA titles

PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ASAP!!

same issue been stuck on the mission for a little over a month, did daily's to level up finally gave up and was hoping there would be a fix in the Halloween update still nothing.

I am also stuck on this nothing has worked I would have to unlink my account and make a new one apparently? 

My husband is having this exact issue currently, has anyone figured out a fix for it?

we’re on Xbox, we’ve alternated his MAC address, cleared cache, and uninstalled the game multiple times. Tried unselecting and reselecting the mission, tried going back anyway to see if it would progress. Nothing. 

We’ve already put a decent amount of money into the game, he’s getting pretty upset at this point. 

I’ve had the same issue for over a week. No matter what it won’t let me progress

Here you will find a unlisted video of what we are talking about here. Deselected and reselected the mission. Went to the shop while it still showed completion and it did not reward me. In this mission you are meant to level up, buy a box, and progress with Vee telling you to visit the map with the next step of the mission. None of us here can do that because it crosses out "Visit extravert shop" and doesnt progress.

the issue from pc i bought a lot of boxes and every time screen it's preparing as if the mission is complete, but it shows the same thing again

Updated the game today and still not fixed
