same issue been stuck on the mission for a little over a month, did daily's to level up finally gave up and was hoping there would be a fix in the Halloween update still nothing.

Glad to see we our all on the same page, this is ridiculous, why release a game if so many people are running into this problem? I dont want to unlink my account to then lose all my progress on other EA titles
PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ASAP!!

I am stuck on the same mission! I have been playing for weeks hoping it would fix! my brother downloaded the game last night and now he's further than me on missiions! Did you find a way round?

Here you will find a unlisted video of what we are talking about here. Deselected and reselected the mission. Went to the shop while it still showed completion and it did not reward me. In this mission you are meant to level up, buy a box, and progress with Vee telling you to visit the map with the next step of the mission. None of us here can do that because it crosses out "Visit extravert shop" and doesnt progress. - tom_renwick34 days agoNew Spectator
This is happening to me too, I’ve tried all the fixes people have suggest online such as closing the game and doing challenges with a friend but nothing seems to work. Thanks for changing the status to investigating, I hope there a fix soon as I really want to play the game.
People have also suggested creating a new EA account but I can’t do that without unlinking my Xbox account which will lose all my progress on other EA games.
