I am missing a grimreaper skin in my inventory and instead I got credits

I would  like to have my skin  back in my inventory  and everything  that came with it i was a beta tester for the game back in august  now its just  gone and I have credits  pls give me my skin  bac...

Same here except i dont have extra credits or anything, i just logged in and had to recreate character and do tutorial all again, such a pain and has honestly turned me off the game, ill happy rather load the ps3 up then play this ever again
