Softlock MEGA THREAD
we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. Challenge goals stuck
I completed everything I can do in the first town. Its say I need to complete 0/70 challenge goals and it try redoing the challenge but it didn't work and i try joining a friend do the challenge goals but its still didn't work and now I just try the new challenge goals and it's still an 0/70 I'm also gaining no achievement I'm on xbox Username SNAKE#6596Stuck in tut
I was playing skate and I had finished the tutorial, except I have not teleported to the city yet I unfortunately had to turn off my console. I have restarted the game I have cleared my Xbox saved files on the game, and the purple ring is still not appearing for me to travel to the city I was really excited to play this game, but unfortunately, I cannot teleport to the city. Can somebody please tell me what to do or tell me if this is a bug on EA side.Unable to collect DaKs package
After completing the first 2 or 3 missions, prompts me to collect a DaKs package from the Extravert shop, however when i go to the shop there is nothing to collect. This is then halting any progress as it doesn’t let me complete the task or any other missions. (Playing on Xbox Series X)
