Softlock MEGA THREAD
we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. Tour 3: Express Yourself. End Of Beginning. Step 1/14
So this mission will not load for me no matter how many times I restart the game etc. I will go in to the purple circle and nothing will happen. All I want to do is finish this tutorial. Is there anyway we can sort this out so I can progress in the game in the future. I thought this would be fixed in the last update but still nothing. So would appreciate the looking into it not sure if im the only one. ThanksCan’t claim season 1 challenges after completion.
I finished all challenges for all of season 1 and go to claim it in the tasks menu, for some reason, it will not let me claim it. Every time I open the menu, it shows the tasks pop up with a notification stating I need to claim it. I claim it again and nothing, this happens every time I open the menu. Tried resetting me system, resetting my wifi, I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game. Still happens every time. I’m not getting achievements through Xbox anymore either after the 2nd day of owning the game. ____________________________________________________________ Edited by CM. Hey there, As per skate. direct communications We're aware of the visual CLAIM bug when completing the Seasonal Tasks as we don't have a Completion Award for S1. While we're working on improvements for S2, this CLAIM button snuck in. We'll have more details on the changes for Season 2 coming soon. -Groguettrick of the day and skatepedia
11-14: “trick of the day” is a laser flip, i look in the skatepedia and see the description and picture, I proceeded to do the trick and it says I’m performing a 360 flip. so i look back at the skatepedia and try to do the same thing in the opposite direction( a 360 flip in the book ) and it says i performed a laserflip.Impossibles already on the game
Not even sure if it's a bug, when I flick my RS to do a 360 inward heelflip, my character would already do an impossible, it's cool to have impossibles on the game earlier but why putting it under an already existing trick? Man I loved 360 inwards and now my character will just do those when rolling fakieSeasonal Challege Completion
I’ve completed the seasonal challenges and there’s an option to claim the reward, however (1) when I select claim, nothing happens, (2) there doesn’t seem to be any award noted on the screen to claim, and (3) the claim button never goes away no matter how many times I click it. It’s like it’s not registering that I’ve completed all the challenges.
