Items bought but not received

I tried to buy "color doodle jeans" and "dickie logo crop" for total 750 SV Bucks

 and multiple DIY boxes in bulk totalling roughly 5-6000 ripchips..

I'm not concerned about the RipChips since they're free to collect. But the loss of SV Bucks 

Is disappointing since they cannot be replaced
