Livingston Costume Not Showing Up in Inventory

So I got the skatepass and redemmed the Livingston Costume. I can equip it from the skatepass but it's not showing up in the outfits tab in my inventory. Similarly, the only way to unequipt the costume is by changing a shirt or an item and not the "none" icon in the outfit tab.

My biggest fear is that skatepass will come and go and I will lose the bird costume and possibly other redeemed items that I haven't caught with this yet.

I have rebooted the game already to try and fix the issue.
