Im on this mission but when i choose an object to drop it wont let me place it down. it disappears completely. HELP

So as far as the bug goes, this particular one makes it where the object you are trying to spawn in doesn't actually spawn. Currently have no way to complete the mission requiring me to put down 3 new objects because it will give me the option to rotate or place the object but the object isn't there so it doesn't actually let me place anything
