[MEGATHREAD] Can't place objects with Quick Drop

Is it just me or is quick drop not working for anyone like i go to drop and item and it never appears or even drops

Yeah, stuck on the Drop it Like it’s Quick mission because of this. 

I cannot see the items I drop . Anyone else facing the same issue ? 
I am playing on PS5 , this bug is stopping me from progressing Misson : Tour 1  Stop quick drop and roll.

Started playing today after the release date dropped but for some reason can't place items and/or copy paste anything. This sucks especially since the beginning of the game has a mission for placing items. I have no idea what caused this, restarted multiple times and still no fix. What do I do😿

I can't get this mission to work.
I can bring up the toolbox, and select drop object.
I can see I have 3 ramps, 2 rails and 2 items. I can pick one but they'll disappear when it comes to placing them. I can see Lower/Raise and Rotate but no item.

On a previous play through there were no issues here, and it's only the latest version where I'm seeing the issues.

As a result I'm unable to progress this mission.

This new update broke the quick drops for many players... And it's not limited to specific missions... They're just messed up everywhere... 

This issue isn't limited to the PC version, and it's not limited to this mission...

They broke the quick drop system with the new update...

Seems like many players are reporting variations of this invisible object problem...
