[MEGATHREAD] Can't place objects with Quick Drop

Yea, it worked when I hopped on 30 mins ago, that might've definitely been the issue. When I started the quest today, it was smooth throughout the whole thing.

Someone else posted saying that the issue might be there are too many objects on that server in or around the same spot.

Will have to give this a shot when I get home later tonight. Will report back.

Hi everyone. Im here to report that i noticed a bug/issue in the first mission from Slappy. When he takes you to the parking lot, he will ask you to quick drop a ramp or rail.
But when i wanted to quick drop, it wouldn't let me place it down. The item/object wouldn't even appear in preview. 
I noticed that previously some players were also in this area and placed some ramps and rails (around a total of 20 items placed close to the same area, some overlayered; and "invisible"). 

So my guess is these players were doing the mission also when for some reason the amount of leftovers that they left behind from the mission, blocked my ability to place it down as if it reached a limit. And i can't delete them also.

I can't place the Object. When I click on the Object, it doesn't show up and I can't continue the quest.

I played the game yesterday, and ended my session by dropping objects to climb to the top of the under-construction area in the southeast corner of the Hedgemont zone. I exited the game from there, and when I relaunched the game today, I'm stuck in limbo beneath the map. I've attempted various workarounds with no success. I can't move the camera; my player model isn't visible.

Things I've tried:

Teleporting to a bus stop by clicking the icon.

Teleporting to a bus stop when prompted to hold the right stick.

Teleporting to both available Extravert Shops.

Teleporting to another player via the social menu.

Starting a throwdown.

I've tried quitting out of the game client and reopening it.

Returning to a session marker.

I've attached two photos I took to show what I'm seeing and where I'm at on the map.

If there is a different way to try to unfreeze my character, please let me know! 

Forgot to mention that I'm playing on PC as well! 

For some reason, the quick drop does not work at all and seems very much bugged. I cannot place down anything to complete the AR Program for the mission, yet I can easily use quick drop outside the mission all over the place. I can go into quickdrop, yet the objects I have selected do not show up. It seems like I'm not the only one with the problem as there are a bunch of ramps placed all over that place under the bridge. 

Likely the objects are actually being placed, yet the mission does not recognize it because your quickdrop is bugged and not showing your props. It's not showing on your end, but it's showing up for everyone else. This is pretty much keeping me from progressing through the main missions. Really hope this gets fixed soon. 

If anyone has actually completed the mission with the bug, please share your hidden ways. I'm dying here.

I've got the same issue

I had the same issue, I can’t recall what I did. Try placing the ‘kicker launcher’ ramp. 
That’s the last thing I can recall placing before it worked. 

Same problem here. I can place the objects outside the mission but not on the mission itself.
