I originally had 3200 SVB but then bought the founders pack which gives 5900 SVB so I should have 9100 SVB but I only had 6000 SVB after I purchased it. To fix the problem you just need to reset your game and now I have the correct amount of credits.

I purchased the Founder's Deluxe Pack, and it was supposed to give me 5900 San Van Bucks, but I have only received 3100. Please advise, thank you.

I have been in the playtest for some time and have not received the San Van Bucks from my previous playtest. I understand the value is approximately 1000 and would like to request them back.

Had a feeling this was the issue. Had 750 from playing the playtests, but I guess that was not real. Very scummy considering how little it is in grand scheme of things. Could have been a great welcome back gift but okay screw us right for not wanting to pay real money during an alpha build. Makes me really consider not even bothering anymore since I would have bought more SVB during early access, when the game was feeling more complete. I think we all know globally what the term for someone who takes a "gift" back.

If you didn't actually purchase the San Van Bucks with real life money, then they won't be coming back. The other thread has a response from ea here.
Removed my previous comment, but if you did actually purchase with real money, go through EA's official contact us I would say.
