[MEGATHREAD] Missing San Van Bucks (SVB)

Also commenting to say mine never carried over too. Glad I’m not the only one 

Me as well. I had around 30,000 (average but not the exact amount) and bought every item in the shop yesterday from today and all my remaining svb (around 23,000) disappeared. Hopefully they can fix this issue immediately 

Same problem, it tells me that they refunded me and gave me an additional 20% but the wallet is empty, it has no funds

With the progression reset I thought san van bucks spent in the playtest would be refunded yet logging in after this new update, I no longer have my paid for items but only have half of the san van bucks I spent with the other half missing, I’ve gotten the in game prompt saying that it’s been refunded with a 20% bonus yet even after multiple restarts my balance is the same 

Maybe just wait some time I think they gonna fix this.

I entered the store and the 250 currency I got from playtesting in July has not be given back. the pink currency says zero when I should have 250. I'm Playing on PS5

I've had the same issue, I had 250 during the last play test in July. the currency has not been returned.

We are seeing a lot of confusion regarding the refunding of San Van Bucks ("SVB") after the reset. Here is what we said on our skate. 0.27.5 is live! blog.

Like with our past updates, we’ve reset all progression and inventory (for the last time!). If you purchased San Van Bucks in the playtest, the equivalent value will be back in your account, plus, we’ve added a 20% bonus* to your SVB balance.

*Bonus calculated based on amount of San Van Bucks ("SVB") purchased from March 10 - August 19, 2025; SVB earned via gameplay will not be reimbursed and is not included in bonus calculation. Only available to users registered for the Skate Insiders playtesting program who purchased SVB during the aforementioned time period. Eligible users can log into the game to claim bonus SVB beginning August 26, 2025. Reimbursed and bonus SVB will be entitled to in-game wallet balance on the same EA Account on which SVB were originally purchased.

That means that if you purchased SVB, those have been refunded back into your account with a little extra. However, if you are missing the free granted SVB, that is working as explained.

I´m pretty sure gifted SVB is NOT included. If you have bought SVB with real money you get a refund and 20% extra. Not for gifted SVB.

same here i bought me purple pants..... in the beta... now no purple pants or san van bucks...
