Mission progress bug

Hello EA Support,

I’m currently playing Skate (Skate 4) on PS5, and I’ve encountered a persistent issue in the “Ripping for Rewards / Tour 1: Skater Eyes” mission.

The game tells me to “go to Extravert to level up.” I’ve gone there multiple times, but the objective doesn’t update or progress. The Extravert shop opens normally, but there’s no prompt to level up, no crate option, and no further dialogue or trigger.

I’ve tried all available workarounds, including:

• Restarting the game
• Untracking/retracking the mission
• Completing challenges and earning Rip Score
• Buying items from the store
• Joining other sessions

Unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem. I’ve seen that this issue has been reported by many players and is listed as a known issue in the recent patch notes, but it’s still blocking mission progression for me.

Please let me know if there’s an upcoming fix or a way to reset this mission without losing progress.
