The never ending loading screen is back been sitting here for around 5 minutes i love the fact i couldn't play the first 2 weeks, So whats another week or 2 am i right? this game is a joke

For the past like 2 days whenever i try to even load into the game it will just go to the start menu and it will be a black screen. I can travel on the map and nothing, just a black screen. Like i can hear that stuff is going on. But theres no visibility.
I play on xbox series s
I have tried all the ways google has told me to fix it, complete restart of the console(hard resest), clear the reserve cashe. Nothing has worked.
