never ending loading screen

We're aware of this and looking into it.

Im on PC, had no issues before this update. Ive tried restarting multiple times, nothing changes. I did not purchase the founder pack. EA pls fix

When I boot the game it’s a black screen with “skate.” And it infinitely loads. Was working before i updated the game today

Soooo I tried launching from the EA app instead of Steam and this seemed to work. I am worried any progress might not translate to Steam or something? Idk, I would much rather just play from Steam. Thanks for your help EA

Same things happening to me.

Been playing the new skate 4 on my xbox one since it came out, then today they come out with a new update and all of a sudden i can’t make it past the loading screen. Is anyone else having this problem?

Still on this hours after they said it should be fixed.

Same thing its been 20 minutes now still not in the game

When I enter the game it stays on the preparing loading screen and keeps loading infinitely. I've been waiting for more than 4 hours and nothing.
