never ending loading screen

I’m stuck in an endless loading screen. I’ve reinstalled, checked for console updates restarted 3 times. Still won’t connect. Had no issues earlier before the recent update. 

How do u refund it im on Xbox and cant stand there support anymore they don’t help what so ever I just want my money back at this point

After numerous attempts to log on, then hitting connection lost immediately.. I finally got to a loading screen but it's an endless black screen. I haven't been able to play for three days because of stuff like this.

You did it again EA you ruined all the fun in one update

It's on Xbox too it's been over 30 min of ( Loading Screen) 

We really wanna believe you but knowing how these usually go

I'm in the same boat. Been unable to get passed the black and white Skate. loading screen since the update on xbox one. I really want to like this game but you guys are making it impossible. 

It's looking to me like where all maybe gonna lose are progress just saw a post saying they redownloaded the game in ea app lost everything GAME PROGRESS COMPLETLEY GONE! | EA Forums - 12717900
