never ending loading screen

Good luck man, once you finally load in, it’ll just crash on the tutorial. I gave up and uninstalled it. Review bomb them and maybe they will do something to resolve it. It’s been a reoccurring issue.

Me too, I just uninstalled lol. I’ll find sum else to play 

If yall on xbox, going into my internet settings, advanced then alternate mac adress , clear and restart your xbox. Not missing much tbh, challenges arent even doable in co-op or solo rn. Games not registering people finishing the line or tricking on the spot. If i wanna get challenges complete rn, have to join a friend then leave after we shut it down and only the party leader gets the co-op points.

Me too man, I waited an hour to load into the tutorial, then it crashed on me and I had to repeat the whole process over again. I also have a good system and this shouldn't be happening, sad to say but I finally just uninstalled and gave up even though I was really excited to play. Hopefully they fix this soon, but yk how EA is.

I have been trying for 2hours now just to get into the game, i have deleted and redownloaded the game, Shut down my console and the loading… just keeps going, i just finished the tutorials and was waiting for the ride to san van and the game freezed and havent gotten in the game since… it can be just on the xbox one but still, ea fix ur game please…

I been waiting 2 days for a response on how to refund it. Cant even do challenges 2 days later. If ur still stuck at the black screen, go to ur internet settings, advanced then alternate mac address and clear then restart ur xbox. Found that on my own on accident.

Holy #$*#$*& if your on PC just change file destination that is mostl likely it finally got it to load

Need I say more? Ive gained 24 hours of playtime across 3 days because Ive left it to load various times to no avail, and these devs just dont seem to gaf

Ps I know people have addressed this here just wanted to complain about EA some more 

This solution does not work for Xbox. 

Tried changing the skate location from my extended hard dive to my ps4 storage. Now when logging in a get a connection error, sent back to the mane menu and then when trying again I get the infinite loading screen. First EA threw apex in the ground and now this. 
I hate yall.

Also yes I have tried all the suggested things on ea.com but nothing worked.
