No missions, anyone got a refund or is it time for a chargeback via the bank?

I've done the own the hedge spot and it won't show any other missions, tells me to claim my free DaKs item from the shop but nothing there, not enough credits to open the box and just repeats itself with no available missions. 

I've paid for the add on as well, any way to get the money back or is it a Chargeback via the bank time for a dodgy unfinished bugged game? i see they have no issues in taking money for the clothes in the shop or add on's though.
