Outrageous bug

I was opening the nice deck box and kept receiving the royale crown hat box after box, little did I know I was purchasing the same hat off the store time after time draining my san van bucks from 3100 to 1000.

I find this very angering because I paid my own money for the in game currency and there is no way to refund this stupid mistake,
