Own The Lot tasks counter bugged, unable to unlock rewards

I had joined somebody else's party for the Gullcrest OTL this week, and I'm not sure what happened initially, I thought it was glitched because I was in the sky for a long time and then randomly got snapped onto my character. We were doing the OTL as usual and completed all of the tasks, but when I noticed my tasks counter it didn't change (I was 34/35 and it was supposed to be 39/35 after the challenge marking it as complete) however the OTL on the map was marked as completed. So I can't even go and complete it for the final task. My internet was fine and my console didn't have any issues. I saw another post saying that it happens when the party leader starts it before all player's join. The biggest issue is that it's impossible to get the rewards now for the few of us that had this issue. It's very situational so I'm sure the bug is rare but I really hope this gets investigated and resolved.
