Horrible. I've had similarly frustrating issues with this game, and it's making me reconsider all of the time and effort I've poured into it. Really hoping that you gain access soon, just don't hold your breath.
EA marked my help request as “No Fix Available”
Their customer support is nonexistent. I’m done with this game
