Some of the tasks have been completed. One failed. One task is invisible. Same problems in Week 10.

It doesn't register some tasks as complete, then it resets after I reopen the tasks menu.

I was playing just before the daily and weekly tasks were refreshed. When the tasks refreshed, the game froze for a moment and didn't show one of the daily and weekly quests, so I can't complete them right now. I tried restarting the game, but nothing helped. This prevents me from completing skate.Pass. I play on Steam.
I’ve also reported this problem to EA and they’ve responded there is no fix for this bug at this time.. still waiting for a post on socials..
Tasks will not actually finish. cannot claim daily rewards because of such.. This is an on going issue and we have yet to be reimbursed for all of the daily rewards / tasks we have completed.. How can we finish the skate pass if you cannot get the tickets?????
Why are these bugs not being fixed?I’m having the same issue. I have completed 3, 2 show incomplete still and the other is blank.
