problems with tasks

like all of my event challenges aren't completeable because of this 😭

I've been having the same problem on my account, just some tasks aren't complete-able for me. In a game with many time gated challenges I don't know why this wouldn't be a higher priority issue, even if it's only a issue for a select few players.

Like what Arta562 said, it even affects registering the new event tasks.

Hi! The problems started with the introduction of WEEK10. Every day, daily tasks and weekly tasks have problems. When the game starts, problematic tasks are reset to zero. Or the progress is partially decreasing. For example, at startup it looks like this:

If you restart the game, it will be 0/1 again. But sometimes the task is counted. Sometimes it is necessary to restart the game many times and complete the task. Sometimes I complete a task, it doesn't count, I pause it, I leave for 10 minutes and the task counts. Sometimes I complete a task 5/3, it doesn't count, and then resets to 1/3. Or when restarting the game.

It usually counts the task after a large number of task completion and several game restarts. But I do WEEK10 every day, but it doesn't want to be counted.

I think there are few players who try to complete the task many times. Maybe some people quit the game after WEEK10.

How am I supposed to complete anything and earn tixs and other currencies if the tasks don't complete and then reset on reload, I've just lost 3 hours worth of completing tasks! 

I also have this issue. One Week 10 task is invisible, and multiple tasks per day/week aren’t able to be completed, despite surpassing the goal.

For the past 2–3 weeks, some tasks have the bar filled like Trick of the day and then say 3/3 but not giving me the ticket reward or not even letting me collect the extra 50 bonus tickets even though my tasks bars are filled. This has happened to me multiple times, I have played the game for an extra 20-30 min to see if it maybe needs a second to load, and it won't work. I also log out then back in, and it's all at the bottom again like 0/4 or even though I had done it.

I have had this issue for about two weeks now. Its a joke they haven't fixed it yet.

It has been about 2 weeks now and I still cant complete a task. After I complete it it comes up like I have but will not give me the rewards for doing it. You have now brought an event out that I cant possible complete because...... I CANT DO **bleep** TASKS. How long does it take to fix it? Am I event going to be able to finish the season pass now before season 3 comes out? Am I going to have to miss out on this event because I cant get the tokens from doing tasks? I have tried console and pc. The amount of tix I have missed out on now is a joke and even if you do decide to give any out ill get what? 1000? Compared to the two weeks of dailies I have missed out on alone. Never mind the weekly tasks. Worse thing is that I want to play but as soon as I notice the tasks are not tracking still, what is the point? PLEASE CAN WE AT LEAST GET SOME NOTICE FOR THIS BUG!!!
