problems with tasks

Any updates, everyone? My tasks seem to be finally fixed o/

I have a crazy theory of how this happened, but let me emphasize, this might be just a crazy coincidence, ok?

I have two accounts on the game (one main account, the other to mess around, not really relevant...) 

I suspect during the latest update, the fact I was using two accounts on a single platform caused the files to bug and whatnot.

Last week I decided to completely separate the accounts, so I'm running one on Steam and the other one on EA. Separate installs, folders, files, so on and so forth.

Coincidence or not, since this latest weekly restart no more bugs.

So if your situation is similar to mine I recommend trying that. If you don't have two accounts, maybe try reinstalling and changing the folder location upon reinstall, it might be worth a try.

Oh, and if my theory is right, you won't see the results til the next weekly restart, AND at least for me it didn't work retroactively (week 10 was just lost)

For issues with the event tasks, there's a potential workaround you can try: use a fast-travel point, then return to the community park and complete the remaining tasks. I hope this helps! 

Also having same issue. And this is a huge problem for tasks that require you to finish challenge goals, like the pop off "Complete spring pop-off challenges goals". 

I completed all the challenges at 2 community parks, and noticed my other tasks weren't completing. So I signed off and on, to have them reset back to when ever it lost connection (I'm guessing you have tasks using a separate network stream or something, and its probably disconnecting).

But now since I already did the pop off challenges at 2 of the community parks, and can't redo them for the task, I won't be able to complete them, and get the reward I kept getting messages about. 

You should probably just give everyone the reward, or reset the pop-off challenges for everyone that hasn't completed the challenge.

the new pop off challenge for me is bugged. ive completed all the new missions and its stuck on 11/12 when i saw it complete. now im going to miss the rewards for fully completing the challenges

Hi. For 3 weeks, players have been facing this problem every day. When will this bug be fixed? Tired of trying to complete tasks that are impossible to complete the first time...

I think i found a pretty consistent workaround (atleast for me), increase your task progress by 1 & restart your game, then do the task normally and it should award you correctly upon completion. I will note that sometimes tasks take multiple attempts of this before being completed. (I had to do one task 8 times before it actually correctly completed 😭)

I don't understand why they don't fix it.

When 'Score with late flips' at 150k reset I decided this is it for me.

Popping in here to see if any updates or workarounds were provided, but the workaround is still to restart the game and lose all your progress.
