Rail Transfer Own the Spot in Market Mile is Bugged

The Own the Spot in Market Mile called Rail Transfer is bugged. It doesn't register the Grind to Flip Trick to Grind consistently nor the Gap Between the Rails, making the All Above In One Sequence next to impossible. I've also been able to trigger the Grind to Flip Trick to Grind objective just by hitting the 2nd rail and not actually landing the grind.
