Roller L wood ramp is almost un usable

Every time I try to use the roller L wood ramp it's a pain most the time when you go to ride up it as soon as you touch the front you ramp up the little metal piece losing all your speed and momentum before even going up the ramp but every now and then you go right up it so please make it to where you don't ramp off the front of it before you even go up the ramp
