Season 2: No Free Tix

Regardless of however many other bugs that currently plague my experience with this game, I haven't been able to claim the free tix in the store since Day 1 of Season 2. At first I thought maybe we weren't getting free tix with season 2 to account for complaints lodged for season 1's allocation but then a friend who also plays the game told me they've been claiming free tix in the store since day 1 of season 2, meanwhile it doesn't even show up in my store page. Everything else in my store is normal according to my friend except that the free tix don't show up and I haven't been able to claim said tix. Any and all suggestions/help is welcome.
