Skate Missions Locked

I’m extremely frustrated with my Skate experience. Despite being max level in Headgemont and having nearly every item unlocked from the DIY Mystery Box, I’ve been completely stuck in story progression for some time now.

The issue centers on Tour 2: Bag of Tricks – Shingo’s Secret Scoring Tips, which remains locked, preventing me from advancing in the main story. I’ve submitted at least six support tickets and spent hours waiting for live assistance, yet I haven’t received a single meaningful response or resolution.

At this point, I’ve exhausted every troubleshooting step available online, with no success. All my friends have long surpassed me — they’ve unlocked fast travel points, advanced customization options, and overall, a far better gameplay experience.

Honestly, the battle pass should be the least of my concerns right now; I’d simply like the game to function properly. I’ve played every Skate title since the beginning, and it’s disheartening that this one is the first to make me consider deleting my entire save; if that’s even possible, just to start over. No game should require that level of sacrifice to fix a progress bug.
