skate. refuses to launch > scary error messages

Hey,

I been playing about a week and now I can't get into the game. Been trying for over an hour now, uninstalling, verifying files, allowing skate thru firewall. I just got a message saying some command was messed up and it wanted to "Destroy my GPU" which was kind of alarming because I've never seen a funny message like that before. 

I also got one saying that it thought my GPU was unplugged physically? Like? No it's not?

I am lowkey sad because I wanted to get on the game today. Not sure if it's a windows update thing but I update frequently. Hope enough people come forward with their issue.
