Slow Motion When FPS is uncapped

I've seen many players complain about slow motion; I've also experienced this. For whatever reason, capping your FPS to 60 fixes this in most cases. I've also noticed the trend that this mostly happens to mostly/only Nvidia video cards.

    Hey FloteWasTaken​, thanks for letting us know. 

    Does it happen all the time when the FPS is not capped, or is it an intermittent issue? If possible, could you please share a short clip of the issue and a DxDiag?
