Soft lock

I understand the new update wasn't everything in the updates yoy guys are putting out. I was stuck on "owning the spot 3/3" now im stuck on "owning the spot 2/3". I went back a step and can't do the challange with the new back end update. I can't open the missing. Not sure if its because thats not all the back end fixes you guys or its a new bug. Just wanted to let yoy know. Thanks!!!
