SOLVED!

SOLVED! I purchased the bundle 13.200 worth of sv bucks loaded on steam got nothing ps5 nothing but you finally learned i had to download and open the game on the ea app to claim it.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          i decided to purchase the most expensive bundle of san van bucks the other day it was $99.99 worth on the ea web-store on the 20th because i really enjoy the game, and i felt as tho the bundle offered so much bonus that it was worth it and they would last me a very long time without needing to put in more. then i go to log in to still not receive them it was been 3 days and ea hasn’t responded with a answer i have contacted support 3 different times with no legitimate response nor time frame just told “give it time”. i find this insane and ridiculous i keep showing proof of purchase and my account literally haven’t received a drop of what i purchased. getting really scared there scamming me. it has been 3 days since the purchase and not a peep.

    i have contacted them about it multiple times and i made the purchase in on 20th i genuinely am getting scared with how long they are taking because i feel they are sweeping it under the rug, i genuinely dont understand how my cosmetics are missing. and they can’t give me a answer either they just say it was a glitch and that it was on there end and after all those lengthy customer service talks silence absolutely silence and then my cases start showing as “fixed” when not a single fix has happened.

    How very helpful...

    I do think it's great that you try to show support to a game you enjoy.

    It is horrible that support hasn't offered a proper solution. Maybe try get your bank involved and have them undo the purchase?

    if they continue to do nothing i will definitely but i was hoping this post could maybe get then to look more into my case because i really was wanting the in-game currency.

    You sound like someone who would log into the web with a secondary account and then expect the rewards to show up on your primary which you may or may not have linked on your console or wherever you play.

    i can assure you i purchased them on this account it doesn’t make any sense for them to go to a other account
