I paid for the founders deluxe content for skate and have received none of the cosmetic items or credits. I've also made tickets and seeked assistance from EA and have had no help in regards to the situation. I've tried all trouble shooting efforts, reinstalled game, checked add ons, I've restored licenses, still nothing.
you can't access it anymore in the store you'll most likely get it later on and something extra for making you wait, or you can just write to them and complain about it, but you'll need to show transaction proof that you bought it otherwise they aint giving you anything
