It's been almost a month now and I still havent gotten the mocap cosmetics, san van bucks, founding founder's cosmetics nor the upcoming skate pass. Whats going on? I bought the contents of the deluxe pack after this and got those items just fine but im still missing the stuff from my regular founders pack. sucks a lot especially since season 1 is launching tomorrow and i'm definitely not buying the skate. pass again. proof of purchase (albeit censored) is linked. bought through steam btw

I wouldn't refund I just want the shirts. I didn't even know the pack had shoes.

I bought the deluxe founder pack on 18/9,
and I still didnt receive all of my item,
i only receice the meantman item and season pass only.
I contact EA support few times, they seems noted this problem,
and told me wait and see the forum updated,
They said they're trying the best to fix this.
However, these issue sound like they dont care,
similar player are giving on this issuse, on this game,
because nobody care about us, (but EA took our money)
even the update log is nolonger mention this issue.
I can't request a refund, I can't receice my item either.
what can I do? what can I say?
I spend $50 USD and only get meatman item and season pass, that's it.
after two month, I dont feel they will fix this or give my money back.
simple to paid money for fun on skate and I got this awful experience.

It's sad that EA just ignores these requests and straight up scams people. You have every right to report this to your bank, but knowing EA they would probably punish you for it.
I've made multiple accidental purchases due to the game's horrendous UI and EA Support doesn't care.

Status added:InvestigatingI have a similar issue . i changed my gamertag and then was forced to make a new character. every other game still works like my COD account, fortnite. expect for ea skate. if i knew that this would have happened i never would of changed my gamer tag. now my original character with all the items I bought founders pack, DIY spaceman, and rare cool things from season one pass is now all gone. would love for EA to make this right... HELP!
I still haven't got the clothing from a purchase made in September when the game first launched to the public... Did everything I could which was all a waste of time I have a feeling I'm never getting the things I paid for ...
