Stuck on Tri-Towers mission 2

I am stuck on the second mission of Tri-Towers “Crew challenges and you”. When I approach the area with the mission. It completely disappears. No marker or anything. I have attempted to redownload and to no avail. It’s quite annoying since I can’t even explore other sections of the map.
