Take too long to complete challenge, doesn't count.

Many times now since release I have had to do a challenge twice because it took too long for me to complete it. When I do eventually complete it, I move on and check the map for the next closest challenge. I then notice the one I just completed shows incomplete (not darkended with the green bubbles). Extremely frustrating finally completing a challenge just to have to do it again.
