Things not spawning

I’m on the mission: Tour 2 Bag of Tricks finer Grind and none of the items are spawning for me to collect meaning I can’t progress at all in the game. Also the story missions have all had some sort of bug with them from not loading when I’ve gotten to the place or me having to repeat the mission several times to get it to register me doing the challenge. I’ve tried multiple things to try and fix the issue such as quitting the game, restarting my console and uninstalling and reinstalling the game but nothings worked
