Tour 1 skater eyes mission

When i started the quest and got to the area my game crashed it was the first day of the game launching so i thought nothing of it but when i got back online to play there was no progression towards my mission and no matter what i do it does not progress at all . my psn is fromdabriccs i tried to reset my progress but can’t and i tried the same mission on a different account and everything worked fine so there’s definitely something else wrong here.
