Tour 1: Skater Eyes

I’ve been stuck on Tour 1: Skater Eyes for almost a week now. It just says Step 3/3 with complete all goals crossed out. I’ve uninstalled and restarted the game and nothing works. I’d like to actually be able to do something with this game so if there’s any fix for this, please let me know
