Unable to claim skate shop site rewards.

Hey LLBleach​, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble claiming your rewards. 

As you've tried different browsers and devices, that's probably not a local issue. I'd recommend waiting 24 hours and trying again to see if that works, as this may be a temporary problem.

I am also having this same problem I have a case open atm and it's supposed to be getting looked at. Apparently

Bro I literally opened the rewards store just now on my phone and claimed the rewards haha it must be fixed.. I suggest you check it out

It did work, well it says they are successfully claimed now. Didn't actually give me any reward. Honestly I just give up though at this point 😂

Hey LLBleach​, did you try restarting the game after claiming the rewards? If yes, please let me know, and I will ask the team to investigate this further to see what we can do here. 

I had the game open at the time. SVB or tix amount didn't update on the game or site, didn't update after restarting either. It makes me wonder if maybe it gave me the rewards before when it was broken and I wasn't aware. I'm not entirely sure. But it definitely gave me none today when it fixed.

Do you remember the date when you first tried to claim the rewards?
