(UPDATE) 300 San Van Bucks LOST When Purchasing From skate.Pass

While I was spending Tix in the skate.Pass, the game purchased a completely unrelated item from the Creature & Indy Spotlight for 300 San Van Bucks. I'm unsure of how this could have possibly happene...

I lost 2750 on the spaceman bundle, in order to buy a shop item you have to hold X, wanted to check items it contained and it redeemed as if i hold the button when i just pressed it one time just to see. Contacted support and they sent me to rub my fist in my **bleep**.

They have to take responsabilities on this as soon as possible this is unacceptable
